Guarantee
All our products are guaranteed against faulty workmanship and materials. In the case of polo mallets, some impacts caused due to the nature of the game, may well exceed the limitations of the mallets. Whilst we cannot be liable for all mallet breakages, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied. Should you experience any problems at all, please let us know so that we can suggest an appropriate course of action. We offer a full refund upon return for any items which are not completely to the customer’s satisfaction.

Prompt Service
Our goal is to ensure that all of our customers are completely satisfied. Most orders are shipped either the same or next working day. Some custom made orders may take about 5 days extra. Delivery by FedEx averages 3-4 days door to door world wide. Shipping time by International Air Post takes considerably longer and is not insured or trackable. We therefore urge our customers to take advantage of our extremely competitive rates with FedEx. Dispatch is confirmed via E-mail along with tracking details and confirmation of credit card charge if applicable.

Shipping

We've negotiated extremely competitive rates with FedEx, a discount of up to 70% in most cases. These savings are passed on to the customer. Shipping charges are automatically calculated prior to checkout.

Privacy Policy
All customer information is kept strictly confidential by WOOD MALLETS LTD. Under no circumstances will we divulge, share, or sell customer information.

Security Policy
WOOD MALLETS LTD makes shopping safe through its secure server. The ordering facility uses real-time 128 Bit SSL Secure Credit Card Transaction processing via Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) NZ. Not even we get to view your credit card details, but we can process refunds to your card if required.

Exchange rate conversion
To maintain the lowest possible ex factory prices without having to build in a margin for exchange rate fluctuations, all our prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars plus freight. Our ordering facility has a a built in currency converter which is updated daily. Simply select what ever currency you want to be quoted in when you log in.

Import Tax Duties
For shipments, generally valued over $500.00 you may be subject to import duties/taxes, which are levied upon importation to your country. Additional charges by customs must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If you are unsure of these, you should contact your local customs office for further information. Customs forms for all international packages list the value of your order's contents.

Liability
Due to the nature of sport, some reasonably foreseeable impacts may exceed the limitations of our mallets. Wood Mallets Ltd accepts no responsibility whatsoever, for any injuries sustained or damages caused to property by the use of our products whether they be damaged or otherwise.

Polo in particular is a dangerous sport, and players can be hurt in the course of play. Wood Mallets will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of products and materials included on this website. This constitutes a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without any limitation) direct, consequential or indirect damages, compensatory, loss of profit, work or income, any damages or loss of property, and any claims of third parties. For the avoidance of any doubt, Wood Mallets Ltd does not limit its liability of death or personal injury or grievance, to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of Wood Mallets director or employees.
