For International orders we offer four different delivery methods. International Economy Couriers (EMS) are extremely competitive and service most destinations shipping times are usually about 5-6 days and parcels are only charged on weight not volume. UPS is now our preffered courier for rapid delivery and we pass on a 70% discount from them. Air Post is available as an economical option worldwide for smaller 
Our cart system automatically calculates the shipping costs to your door. EMS and UPS consignments are traceable via our tracking page. Dispatch is confirmed via E-mail along with the relevant consignment note numbers.

Croquet Shipping Information
Individual mallet orders are usually dispatched by EMS within a couple of days of receipt, however some custom made orders may take an about 5 days. Delivery times are usually about 5 days. If the goods are required sooner than this, UPS is the best option. We strongly recommend that all export croquet sets be shipped by UPS.

Polo mallet orders are usually dispatched within a couple of days of receipt. We've negotiated extremely competitive rates with International Economy Couriers and can also pass on a 70% discount from UPS couriers to most destinations. The exact rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery by UPS Couriers usually takes about 4 days worldwide and is traceable via our tracking page.
UPS provide an unrivalled service for delivery wordwide but polo mallets are charged volumetrically which is considerably more than the actual weight. EMS is an economical solution for small quantities as they only charge on weight.
1-2 polo mallets have a volumetric weight of 3.1 kilos 3-4 mallets have a volumetric weight of 4.8 kilos 5-6 mallets have a volumetric weight of 10.3 kilos
